Fireman Fred is part of the Melly Teddy Ragdoll Family. She makes a great gift for babies/small children. The pattern is quick and easy to make. The pattern can be made in any yarn and is a good yarn stash buster.
WHAT YOU WILL GET: instant download step by step pattern with clear photos, a print friendly pattern and a birth certificate.
WHAT YOU WILL CROCHET: ragdolls have a stuffed head, feet and hands and a flat body. A soft toy and a lovey blanket all in one.
FINISHED SIZE: 46 cm (18 inches) from the head to the feet.
CROCHET SKILL: easy to brave beginner. You will need to know some basic crochet stitches.
WHAT YOU NEED: +/- 250g of yarn (I used DK/light worsted cotton), the right hook size for your yarn (I used a 3.5 mm hook). Stuffing, sewing needle, scissors, and safety eyes/nose.
NOTES: I use US crochet terms. If making for babies/small children remember safety first. You can sew the eyes and/or the nose instead.
